We bring easels, canvases, paints, aprons, brushes, table covers, and step-by-step instruction. Setup and cleanup are included.

Plan for a seat and table space per painter plus a small area for the demo easel. Dining or folding tables work perfectly.

We teach kids (6+), teens, and adults. Instruction is beginner-friendly and tailored to your group.

Absolutely—seasonal themes, school mascots, brand colors, and custom requests are all welcome.

Traditional B&W averages ~12–15 faces/hour, color ~8–10/hour, digital ~6–8/hour (depends on event flow).

Submit the booking form on our Contact page with your date, location, and service. We’ll confirm availability and send a quote.

Most bookings require a deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is typically due prior to the event.

Cancellations made within the agreed window can receive a partial or full refund of the deposit depending on notice given. We’ll include details with your proposal.
